  WB analysis using 30189-1-AP (same clone as 30189-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30189-1-AP (RASGRP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30189-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 30189-1-AP (same clone as 30189-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human RASGRP2 (30189-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30189-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

RASGRP2, also named as CDC25L and MCG7, belongs to the RASGRP family. It functions as a calcium- and DAG-regulated nucleotide exchange factor specifically activating Rap through the exchange of bound GDP for GTP. RASGRP2 may also activate other GTPases such as RRAS, RRAS2, NRAS, KRAS but not HRAS. RASGRO2 functions in aggregation of platelets and adhesion of T-lymphocytes and neutrophils probably through inside-out integrin activation. It may function in the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M1/CHRM1 signaling pathway. The antibody recognizes the C-term of RASGRP2.
