  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RBBP7 antibody (CL488-84330, Clone: 241189D6 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-84330

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Rbbp7 Recombinant Antibody (CL488-84330, Clone:241189D6)(red), or 0.2 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

RBBP7, also named as RBAP46, belongs to the WD repeat RBAP46/RBAP48/MSI1 family. RBBP7 is a core histone-binding subunit that may target chromatin remodeling factors, histone acetyltransferases and histone deacetylases to their histone substrates in a manner that is regulated by nucleosomal DNA. It is a component of several complexes which regulate chromatin metabolism. The antibody is specific to RBBP7.
