  WB analysis using 30990-1-AP (same clone as 30990-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30990-1-AP (RBM12 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30990-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 30990-1-AP (same clone as 30990-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 30990-1-AP (RBM12 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30990-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

RNA binding motif protein 12 (RBM12) is a member of the RBM family. RBM proteins are involved in RNA metabolism, including splicing, transport, translation and stability. RBM12 has been identified as a key protein that increases the expression of PD-L1, thereby promoting immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 39187545).
