  WB result of RBM17 antibody (82889-1-RR; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-RBM17 transfected MCF-7 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82889-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 82889-1-RR (same clone as 82889-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RBM17 Recombinant antibody (82889-1-RR, Clone:230125F6) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82889-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82889-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82889-1-RR against Human RBM17 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.54 nM.

Informations générales

RNA-binding motif protein 17 (RBM17), also named splicing factor 45, was first identified as a member of the spliceosome. RBM17 expression is low in normal tissues but is overexpressed in several forms of cancer, including breast, ovarian and prostate.
