  WB analysis using 31850-1-AP (same clone as 31850-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31850-1-AP (RBM27 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31850-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 31850-1-AP (same clone as 31850-1-PBS)

Informations générales

RBM27 has been identified as a candidate autism gene, and is present in cytoplasmic and and nuclear speckles. RBM27 encodes a protein containing an RNA-Binding Motif, which confers its ability to bind RNA. Therefore, RBM27 is important in mRNA processing and the turnover of nuclear polyadenylate (pA+) RNA.
