  WB analysis using 86009-2-RR (same clone as 86009-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86009-2-RR (RBM47 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86009-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86009-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86009-2-RR against Human RBM47 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.40 nM.

RBM47, also known as RNA-binding motif protein 47 or RNA-binding protein 47, is a vertebrate-conserved RBP containing three RNA-recognition motifs (RRMs) that perform multifaceted roles in RNA editing, early embryonic development, and cancer.Recent studies suggest that RBM47 functions as a tumor suppressor. It has been shown to suppress the progression of breast and colon cancers. RBM47 represents a molecular switch of cell fate decisions that functions as a regulator of the p53/p21-signaling axis.
