  WB analysis using 28307-1-AP (same clone as 28307-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28307-1-AP (RBM48 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28307-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 28307-1-AP (same clone as 28307-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using RBM48 antibody (28307-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28307-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

RBM48 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 48) is a gene encoding an RNA-binding protein, belonging to the RNA-binding motif protein family, which plays an important role in the splicing process of U12-type introns. Deletion of RBM48 leads to an increase in the retention of U12-type introns, which affects cell differentiation and proliferation. And mutations in RBM48 are associated with a variety of diseases. For example, U12 intron splicing defects are associated with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and may increase the risk of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). RBM48 may serve as a prognostic marker in certain cancers, such as renal smoky cell carcinoma, renal clear cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
