  WB analysis of HeLa using 85148-1-RR (same clone as 85148-1-PBS)

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85148-1-RR (RFC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85148-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85148-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85148-1-RR against Human RFC1 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Replication factor C subunit 1 (RFC1) is a pentameric DNA polymerase accessory protein involved in DNA replication and repair (PMID: 10051561). It was reported as a cause of cerebellar ataxia with neuropathy and vestibular areflexia syndrome (CANVAS) (PMID: 30926972).
