  WB analysis using 82688-1-RR (same clone as 82688-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82688-1-RR (RPL14 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82688-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 82688-1-RR (same clone as 82688-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using RPL14 antibody (82688-1-RR, Clone: 2K22 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82688-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82688-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82688-1-RR against Human RPL14 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
