  WB analysis using 68270-1-Ig (same clone as 68270-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68270-1-Ig (RPS20 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68270-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPS20 is a component of the 40S subunit. The protein belongs to the S10P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm.
