  WB analysis using 85040-5-RR (same clone as 85040-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85040-5-RR (SCAR antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85040-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 85040-5-RR (same clone as 85040-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using RPS4X antibody (85040-5-RR, Clone: 242697E12 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85040-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 85040-5-RR (same clone as 85040-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RPS4X Recombinant antibody (85040-5-RR, Clone:242697E12) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85040-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85040-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85040-5-RR against Human RPS4X were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

RPS4X, a X-linked gene in the human, encodes a subunit of ribosomal protein S4, a component of the 40S subunit and 60S subunit. Ribosomal protein S4 is the only ribosomal protein known to be encoded by more than one gene, namely this gene, RPS4Y2 and the ribosomal protein S4, X-linked (RPS4X). (PMID:8358435)
