  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 14684-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14684-1-AP (RXRB antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Retinoid X Receptor beta (RXRB) is a member of the retinoid X receptor (RXR) family of nuclear receptors which are involved in mediating the effects of retinoic acid. RXRB heterodimerizes with other nuclear hormone receptors, such as RAR, the thyroid hormone receptor and the vitamin D3 receptor, to enhance binding to their cognate response elements.
