Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de cancer de la peau humain, tissu testiculaire de rat, tissu testiculaire de souris; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Sarcoma antigen 1 (SAGE1) is a cancer/testis antigen that is limited to the spermatogonia and pre-meiotic spermatocytes and localized to the nuclei (PMID: 34465596).
