Informations générales

SEMA4B (Semaphorin 4B), belonging to the Class SEMA4, is a transmembrane homodimer glycoprotein. Lots of SEMA4 family members have been implicated in the formation and progression of tumors due to (PMID: 35676688). SEMA4B inhibits the invasion of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) through PI3K-dependent suppression of MMP9 activation (PMID: 25746385).
