  WB analysis using 85978-1-RR (same clone as 85978-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85978-1-RR (SFXN3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85978-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of C6 using 85978-1-RR (same clone as 85978-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed C6 cells using SFXN3 antibody (85978-1-RR, Clone: 250485B6 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85978-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85978-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85978-1-RR against Human SFXN3 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

SFXN3, a mitochondrial membrane protein, is a member of sideroflexin family. Serum anti-SFXN3 autoantibody was elevated in early stage of the oral squamous cell carcinoma significantly, indicating its clinical value for diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
