  WB analysis of mouse brain using 13908-1-AP (same clone as 13908-1-PBS)

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13908-1-AP (SLAIN2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13908-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

SLAIN2 (SLAIN Motif Family Member 2), also known as KIAA1458, is a microtubule plus-end tracking protein (+TIP) that forms a complex with end-binding proteins (EBs), cytoplasmic linker proteins (CLIPs), and ch-TOG. SLAIN2 binds to the plus end of microtubules and regulates microtubule growth and organization. SLAIN2 consists of 581 amino acids and has a calculated molecular weight of approximately 63 kDa.
