  WB analysis of EL-4 using 84817-4-RR (same clone as 84817-4-PBS)

  EL-4 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84817-4-RR (CD229/SLAMF3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84817-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse spleen using 84817-4-RR (same clone as 84817-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse spleen tissue slide using 84817-4-RR (SLAMF3/CD229 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84817-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84817-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84817-4-RR against Mouse SLAMF3/CD229 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.04 nM.

Signaling lymphocytic activation molecule 3 (SLAMF3), also known as CD229 or Ly9, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the SLAM family receptors (PMID: 10970093; 15905546). It is composed of an extracellular region, which consists of four Ig-like domains, a transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic tail, which includes two immunoreceptor tyrosine-based signaling motifs (ITSMs) and other tyrosine residues that act as binding sites for the SH2 structural domains (PMID: 8537117; 11369645; 38626547). SLAMF3 is mainly expressed in immune cells, such as T, B, and natural killer cells, and it is involved in the fundamental activation and suppression of these immune cells, as well as the regulation of complex immune networks (PMID: 38626547).
