SLC17A3 is one member of type I Na/Phosphate co-transporter, also named as NPT4. Rat SLC17A3 was reported as 55/46 kD protein in liver and kidney tissues. The two bands were from different transcripts of the gene. This antibody may recognize a 66kd band, which may be SLC17A1(NPT1), a homologous of SLC17A3.
