  WB analysis of Caco-2 using 83346-6-RR (same clone as 83346-6-PBS)

  Caco-2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83346-6-RR (SLC38A7 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83346-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SLC38A7 Recombinant antibody (83346-6-RR, Clone:240147C3) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83346-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 U-251 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SLC38A7 Recombinant antibody (83346-6-RR, Clone:240147C3) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue).   Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83346-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83346-6-RR against Human SLC38A7 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.31 nM.

SLC38A7 also known as SNAT7, is a member of the SLC38 family that encodes sodium-coupled neutral amino acid transporters. SLC38A7 is a system N transporter that has a substrate preference for L-glutamine. It also transports other amino acids with polar side chains, as well as L-histidine and L-alanine (PMID: 21511949).
