  WB analysis using 14687-1-AP

  HeLa lysates (heated at 100℃ and 37℃) were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14687-1-AP (SLC44A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 14687-1-AP

  WB result of SLC44A1 antibody (14687-1-AP; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-SLC44A1 transfected HEK-293 cells.

Applications testées

• Résultats positifs en WB: 37°C incubated HeLa cells, cellules HEK-293
• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de cancer du poumon humain, ; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.
