  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84060-5-RR (SLC9A3R2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84060-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84060-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84060-5-RR against Human SLC9A3R2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.476 nM.

Informations générales

SLC9A3R2, also named as NHERF2, is a member of the Na+/H+ exchanger regulatory factor (NHERF) family of PDZ scaffolding proteins. SLC9A3R2 is needed for cGMP and carbachol-mediated inhibition as well as LPA and dexamethasone-mediated stimulation of NHE3. NHERF1 and NHERF2 are highly homologous structurally to each other but play different roles in the regulation of Na+ and Cl− transport.(PMID: 23612977)
