  WB analysis using 68095-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68095-1-Ig (SNRPB2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 68095-1-Ig

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug SNRPB2 Monoclonal antibody (68095-1-Ig, Clone:1D11E9) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.8 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein B''(SNRPB2) is part of the U2 RNP particle, which associated with the branch point of the lariat-shaped intron, in intermediate in the cascade of mRNA precursor splicing event. Only in presence of the U2A' protein, SNRPB2 binds stem loop IV of U2 snRNA.
