  WB analysis using 85909-2-RR (same clone as 85909-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85909-2-RR (SNX15 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85909-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 85909-2-RR (same clone as 85909-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using SNX15 antibody (85909-2-RR, Clone: 250152D11 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85909-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85909-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85909-2-RR against Human SNX15 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.844 nM.

Informations générales

SNX15 belongs to the sorting nexin family and is involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Overexpression of SNX15 results in a decrease in the processing of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors to their mature subunits (PMID: 11085978). SNX15 is widely expressed, with the highest expression in skeletal muscle, heart, brain, kidney, spleen, thymus, and small intestine.
