  WB analysis using 84809-4-RR (same clone as 84809-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84809-4-RR (SPAG5 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84809-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84809-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84809-4-RR against Human SPAG5 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

SPAG5, also named as MAP126, Astrin and Deepest, is necessary for normal spindle formation during mitosis. It is highly expressed in testis. SPAG5 has different localization in somatic versus male germ cells suggesting the possibility of different function. This antibody is specific to SPAG5.
