  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84970-1-RR (PBK antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84970-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Sandwich ELISA standard curve of MP01693-1, Human PBK Recombinant Matched Antibody Pair - PBS only. 84970-1-PBS was coated to a plate as the capture antibody and incubated with serial dilutions of standard Ag9033. 84970-4-PBS was HRP conjugated as the detection antibody. Range: 0.781-50 ng/mL.

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PBK/SPK Recombinant antibody (84970-1-RR, Clone:242545A11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84970-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PBK(PDZ-binding kinase) is also named as TOPK, CT84, Nori-3, SPK and belongs to the MAP kinase kinase subfamily. PBK may have a role in the regulation of cellular proliferation and progression of the cell cycle. It has a characteristic cdc2ycyclin B phosphorylation site(SyT-P-X-KyR) at its N terminus,which is conserved across species, and it is phosphorylated in a cell cycle-dependent manner at mitosis, and that this phosphorylation is required for its activation(PMID:10779557).
