  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26581-1-AP (ST13 Antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 26581-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26581-1-AP (ST13 Antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Dilution recommandée

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:6000
• Immunoprécipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunohistochimie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:1000
