  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 27176-1-AP (same clone as 27176-1-PBS)

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27176-1-AP (ST14 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27176-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Suppression of tumorigenicity 14(ST14), is an epithelial-derived, integral membrane serine protease. ST14 forms a complex with the Kunitz-type serine protease inhibitor, HAI-1, and is found to be activated by sphingosine 1-phosphate. ST14 can cleave and activate hepatocyte growth factor/scattering factor, and uPA, which suggest the function of this protease as an epithelial membrane activator for other proteases and latent growth factors.
