  WB analysis using 17567-1-AP (same clone as 17567-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17567-1-AP (ST7L antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17567-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

ST7 (suppressor of tumorigenicity 7) gene has been proposed to be a tumor suppressor gene, product of which is a multi-pass membrane protein belonging to the ST7 family. ST7L (suppressor of tumorigenicity 7 protein-like) gene encodes a multi-pass membrane protein also belonging to the ST7 family, 8 isoforms produced by alternative splicing have been described . However, the molecular function of this gene product has not been determined so far.
