  WB analysis using 19741-1-AP (same clone as 19741-1-PBS)

  SH-SY5Y cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19741-1-AP (SYT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 19741-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 19741-1-AP (same clone as 19741-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 19741-1-AP (SYT7 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Informations générales

SYT7, also named as PCANAP7 and IPCA-7, belongs to the synaptotagmin family. SYT7 may be involved in Ca²⁺-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca²⁺ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain or may serve as Ca²⁺ sensors in the process of vesicular trafficking and exocytosis.
