  WB analysis using 85798-1-RR (same clone as 85798-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85798-1-RR (Strep Tag II antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85798-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Strep-Tag II consists of 8 amino acids with the sequence of Trp-Ser-His-Pro-Gln-Phe-Glu-Lys. Compared with Strep-Tag, Strep-Tag II has a higher binding affinity with streptavidin and can be constructed at the N-terminus or C-terminus of the target protein, providing greater flexibility.
