• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 25270-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25270-1-AP (TACR2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of PC-3 using 25270-1-AP

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25270-1-AP (TACR2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 25270-1-AP

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TACR2 Polyclonal antibody (25270-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

The tachykinins represent a family of peptide neurotransmitters including substance P, neurokinin A and neurokinin B, which act through the stimulation of tachykinin NK1, NK2 or NK3 receptors. NK2, also known as TACR2 (tachykinin receptor 2), is a receptor for the tachykinin neurokinin A (neuropeptide substance K). It is associated with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
