  WB analysis using 84990-4-RR (same clone as 84990-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84990-4-RR (TBC1D5 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84990-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 84990-4-RR (same clone as 84990-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using TBC1D5 antibody (84990-4-RR, Clone: 242534B8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84990-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84990-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84990-4-RR against Human TBC1D5 were performed. The affinity constant is 3.28 nM.

Informations générales

TBC1D5, a member of TBC (Tre2/Bub2/Cdc16)1 domain family, is a novel retromer-interacting protein. TBC1D5 is a Rab GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) proteins that negatively regulates VPS35/29/26 recruitment and causes Rab7 to dissociate from the membrane. TBC1D5 could bridge the endosome and autophagosome via its C-terminal LIR motif, and Rab GAPs are implicated in the reprogramming of the endocytic trafficking events under starvation-induced autophagy. The TBC1D5 protein exists 89 kDa and 91 kDa isoforms.
