  HUVEC cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66377-1-Ig (TCN2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66377-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

TCN2 (Transcobalamin-2) is a vitamin B12 (cobalamin; Cbl) binding and transport protein in plasma that facilitates the cellular uptake of the vitamin. TCN2 is secreted in a constitutive fashion in most cells. Plasma TCN2 levels have been reported to be elevated in a number of diverse human diseases. Defects in TCN2 are cause of transcobalamin-2 deficiency. (10714245)
