• 

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83467-2-RR (same clone as 83467-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Tff1 Recombinant Antibody (83467-2-RR, Clone:240424F5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83467-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83467-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83467-2-RR against Human TFF1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.296 nM.

Informations générales

TFF1 (Trefoil factor 1, formerly known as pS2) is a small-secreted protein that belongs to the family of trefoil peptides, and characterized by the presence of one to six cysteine-rich P domains. TFF1 expression is frequently lost in gastric carcinoma, probably through mechanism of DNA methylation, and it is therefore considered as a tumor suppressor gene. The function of TFF1 was first controversially considered as an oncogene in breast cancer.
