  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82552-4-RR (TGM2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82552-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 82552-4-RR (same clone as 82552-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 82552-4-RR (TGM2 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82552-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82552-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82552-4-RR against Human TGM2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

Transglutaminase 2 (TGM2) is a ubiquitous and multifunctional calcium-dependent enzyme belonging to the transglutaminase family. It is best known for its canonical activity of catalyzing the cross-linking of proteins by forming stable ε-(γ-glutamyl)lysine isopeptide bonds, which contributes to extracellular matrix stabilization and wound healing. Beyond this, TGM2 exhibits GTPase activity, allowing it to function as a signaling G-protein in intracellular processes. It is implicated in a wide range of physiological functions, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and apoptosis, as well as pathological conditions such as celiac disease, fibrosis, neurodegenerative disorders, and cancer metastasis, where its dysregulated expression often contributes to disease progression.
