  WB analysis of PC-12 using 85929-5-RR (same clone as 85929-5-PBS)

  PC-12 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85929-5-RR (TH antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85929-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

TH(Tyrosine 3-monooxygenase) converts L-tyrosine to L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DOPA), the essential and rate-limiting step to formation of dopamine and other catecholamines. TH plays an important role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons and can be used as a marker for dopaminergic and noradrenergic neurons.
