• 

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98056-1-RR (same clone as 98056-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or anti-CD3/CD28 treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human TNF beta Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98056-1-RR, Clone: 240393C3) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98056-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98056-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98056-1-RR against Human TNF Beta were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

TNF beta also known as lymphotoxin alpha (LTA), is a member of the tumor necrosis factor family, and is a cytokine produced by lymphocytes. TNF Beta is highly inducible, secreted, and forms heterotrimers with lymphotoxin-beta which anchor lymphotoxin-alpha to the cell surface. TNF Beta also mediates a large variety of inflammatory, immunostimulatory, and antiviral responses, is involved in the formation of secondary lymphoid organs during development and plays a role in apoptosis.
