  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-66695

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated TNFAIP3 antibody (CL488-66695, Clone: 3A11G6) at dilution of 1:200, F-actin was stained using CL594-phalloidin (red) and DNA was stained by DAPI (blue).

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-66695

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human TNFAIP3 (CL488-66695, Clone:3A11G6) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL488-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Informations générales

TNFAIP3, also named A20, is a cytoplasmic zinc finger protein that inhibits nuclear factor kappa-B (NFKB) activity and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-mediated programmed cell death. A20 is a ubiquitin-editing enzyme that contains both ubiquitin ligase and deubiquitinase activities, and is involved in immune and inflammatory responses signaled by cytokines, such as TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, or pathogens via Toll-like receptors (TLRs) through terminating NF-kappa-B activity.
