  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21564-1-AP (TOAG1 antibody at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

TOAG1, also named as TCAIM and C3orf23, is a mitochondrial protein which regulates T-cell apoptosis. It is a specific and reproducible marker for quiescence. TOAG1 has two isoforms with MW 41 kDa and 58 kDa.
