  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Tox2 Recombinant Antibody (84304-2-RR, Clone:241645A11) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84304-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84304-2-RR against Human TOX2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.240 nM.

Informations générales

TOX2 is a transcription factor belonging to the TOX (thymocyte selection-associated HMG box) family that shares a highly conserved high mobility group DNA-binding domain with the other TOX members. A previous study showed that TOX2 is preferentially expressed in human NK cells among various leukocyte populations and is required for in vitro and in vivo human NK cell differentiation from UCB-derived CD341 hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) (PMID: 25352127).
