  WB analysis of HEK-293 cells using 15057-1-AP (same clone as 15057-1-PBS)

  WB result of anti-TPPP3 (15057-1-AP, 1:500) with HEK-293 cells (siRNA transfected with) by Dr. Yupeng Chen. (Negative control or TPPP3 specific siRNAs were transfected into HEK-293 cells with the final concentration of 20 nM. Forty eight hours after transfection, cells were lysed with RIPA buffer and subjected to SDS PAGE). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15057-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 15057-1-AP (TPPP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15057-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

TPPP3 (tubulin polymerization promoting protein 3), also named as TPPP/p20, is a new member of the TPPP family which binds tubulin and induces tubulin polymerization and microtubule bundling.TPPP3 has been shown to play an important role in cell proliferation and may be implicated in tumorigenesis and metastasis (19633818). TPPP3 was also identified as specific marker for the connective tissues that envelope tendons due to its distinct expression in the developing tendon sheath (19235716). This antibody detects the 19-20 kDa TPPP3 in HeLa and PC-3 cells. The non-specific bands between 40 and 60 kDa were also occasionally observed.
