  WB analysis of human brain using 66131-1-Ig (same clone as 66131-1-PBS)

  human brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66131-1-Ig (TRAPPC9,NIBP antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66131-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

TRAPPC9, also named as KIAA1882 and NIBP, belongs to the NIBP family. It functions as an activator of NF-kappa-B through increased phosphorylation of the IKK complex. TRAPPC9 may function in neuronal cells differentiation and play a role in vesicular transport from endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi. TRAPPC9 was found in neurons of the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, and deep gray matter.
