  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84651-3-RR (TRIM11 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84651-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84651-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84651-3-RR against Human TRIM11 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.25 nM.

TRIM11(Tripartite motif-containing protein 11) is also named as RNF92 and Belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family. It is a member of the tripartite-motif-containing protein family and is known to destabilize humanin, an inhibitor of Alzheimer-like neuronal insults(PMID: 16904669). This protein has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
