  WB analysis using 31053-1-AP (same clone as 31053-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31053-1-AP (TRIM43 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31053-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 31053-1-AP (same clone as 31053-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug TRIM43 Polyclonal antibody (31053-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31053-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

TRIM43 (tripartite motif containing 43), also known as TRIM43A. It is expected to be located in the cytoplasm. The calculated molecular weight of TRIM43 is 52 kDa. TRIM43 was also upregulated in herpesvirus-associated diseases in humans, including γ herpesvirus-associated tumors. As such, TRIM43 and its transcription factor DUX4 could potentially serve as biomarkers of active herpesviral replication and pathogenesis (PMID: 30420784).
