  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using TRNP1 antibody (83410-4-RR, Clone: 240331B6 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83410-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83410-4-RR (same clone as 83410-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TRNP1 Recombinant antibody (83410-4-RR, Clone:240331B6) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83410-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83410-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83410-4-RR against Human TRNP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.5 nM.

Informations générales

TRNP1 (TMF-regulated nuclear protein 1), also called C1orf225, is a DNA-binding factor that regulates the expression of a subset of genes and plays a key role in tangential, radial, and lateral expansion of the brain neocortex (PMID: 27264089; 23622239; 36947129). It has been shown to exert potent roles in neural development affecting neural stem cell self-renewal and brain folding (PMID: 32627867). It may also control the proliferation rate of cells by regulating their progression through key cell-cycle transition points.
