  WB analysis of HT-1080 using 83022-1-RR (same clone as 83022-1-PBS)

  HT-1080 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83022-1-RR (TRPV2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83022-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of K562 using 83022-1-RR (same clone as 83022-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 K562 were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug TRPV2 Recombinant antibody (83022-1-RR, Clone:230141C3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.2 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83022-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using 83022-1-RR (same clone as 83022-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TRPV2 Recombinant antibody (83022-1-RR, Clone:230141C3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83022-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83022-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83022-1-RR against Human TRPV2 were performed. The affinity constant is 31.3 pM.

Informations générales

Transient receptor potential vanilloid 2 (TRPV2), also name as VRL-1, plays a critical role in neuronal development, cardiac function, immunity, and cancer (PMID: 31566564). It has been found to play an essential role in sustained intracellular Ca2+ concentration increase (PMID: 31857697). It's reported that TRPV2 is activated by high temperatures, with a threshold of around 52℃ (PMID: 10201375).
