  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 84102-5-RR

  WB result of TSEN34 antibody (84102-5-RR; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TSEN34 transfected MCF-7 cells.

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug TSEN34 Recombinant antibody (84102-5-RR, Clone:241155G4) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84102-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84102-5-RR against Human TSEN34 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.01 nM.

The human tRNA splicing endonuclease consists of a heterotetramer complex formed by the four TSEN proteins, which were identified by homology with their yeast counterparts. TSEN2 and TSEN34 are the catalytic subunits, which form a compound active site, whereas TSEN54 and TSEN15 are structural proteins. (PMID: 27392077)
