  WB analysis of mouse pancreas using 83866-2-RR

  mouse pancreas tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83866-2-RR (Thyroid Hormone Receptor beta antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A431 using 83866-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using Thyroid Hormone Receptor beta antibody (83866-2-RR, Clone: 240619E7 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83866-2-RR

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Thyroid Hormone Receptor beta Recombinant Antibody (83866-2-RR, Clone:240619E7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Informations générales

Thyroid hormone receptor beta (THRB), also known as ERBA2, NR1A2, and THR1, belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family and NR1 subfamily. THRB is a nuclear hormone receptor that can act as a repressor or activator of transcription. Moreover, THRB is also a high-affinity receptor for thyroid hormones, including triiodothyronine and thyroxine. THRB is the most abundant THR isoform in the liver but is also expressed in other tissues and mediates the effects of THs on hepatic carbohydrate and lipid metabolism (PMID: 34884910). THRB has 2 isoforms with the molecular mass of 53 and 54 kDa (refer to UniProt).
