  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82540-1-RR (TIM23 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82540-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP experiment of HeLa using 82540-1-RR (same clone as 82540-1-PBS)

Informations générales

Tim23, a key component of the mitochondrial preprotein translocase, is anchored in the inner membrane by its C-terminal domain and exposes an intermediate domain in the intermembrane space that functions as a presequence receptor. Tim23 is the main component of the translocation channel of the TIM23 complex. (PMID: 10830167, PMID: 25083920)
