  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98104-1-RR

  1x10^6 untreated or LPS-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human Tissue Factor/CD142 Rabbit RecAb (98104-1-RR, Clone: 240784E2) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Human CD14. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98104-1-RR against Human Tissue Factor/CD142 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.834 nM.

Normal blood coagulation is a complex process, involving a cascade of activation of different plasma proteins, ultimately resulting in the formation of a clot, called fibrin. Tissue Factor (TF), also named CD142, coagulation factor III or F3, is the primary initiator of the blood coagulation cascade and plays an essential role in hemostasis (PMID: 26877187; PMID: 33796108).
